Services

A comprehensive long-term care pharmacy program, delivered at the scale of a regional partner — close to the facilities and people we serve.

For Facility Partners

Operational support for your clinical team.

We partner with administrators, directors of nursing, and medication-pass staff to deliver a pharmacy program that integrates cleanly with facility operations. Our model emphasizes clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and direct communication with prescribers and care teams.

  • Unit-dose and multi-dose packaging configured to facility workflow
  • Scheduled medication delivery with cycle-fill management
  • eMAR integration with PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and other major systems
  • 24/7 pharmacist availability for clinical questions and urgent needs
  • Admission, discharge, and formulary management support
  • State and federal regulatory compliance documentation
  • Coordination with third-party consultant pharmacists as required
For Residents & Families

Direct access to pharmacists who know the care setting.

For residents and the families supporting them, we operate as a specialized regional pharmacy rather than a national chain. When you call, you reach our staff directly. When we bill, the line items are clear. When an insurance plan denies a medication, our pharmacists work on the resident's behalf to get it resolved.

  • Medications packaged and delivered directly to the resident's facility
  • Transparent, itemized billing with clear line-item explanation
  • Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and private insurance coordination
  • Direct pharmacist consultation by phone — no appointment required
  • Direct communication with prescribers on new prescriptions and dosage questions
  • Continuity of care across transitions between care settings

Service region

Full-service coverage across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.

Our pharmacy operates from West Lebanon, New Hampshire, in the Connecticut River Valley at the Vermont–New Hampshire border. From this regional base, we provide medication services to long-term care facilities throughout the Upper Valley, the White Mountains, the Green Mountains, and across Massachusetts.

Operating at regional scale is a deliberate choice. It keeps decision-making local, keeps pharmacists in direct contact with the prescribers they work with, and ensures residents and facilities are not routed through anonymous call centers.

Our approach

Independent, regional, and accountable to the people we serve.

Much of the long-term care pharmacy industry has consolidated into a small number of national operators. Rockpoint Pharmacy exists as an alternative: privately held, regionally operated, and answerable first to the residents, families, and facilities in our communities.

We believe quality medication care in later life is a matter of dignity, and that it should be available to every resident we serve — regardless of insurance or the complexity of their needs. That shapes how we bill, how we advocate with insurers, and how we handle residents with complicated coverage or care situations.

Our staff lives and works in the communities we serve. The pharmacists who fill your medications are your neighbors. That isn't a marketing line — it's a deliberate choice about what kind of pharmacy we want to be, and what kind of care we think older New Englanders deserve.

Medication care for older adults deserves to be delivered with dignity and close attention — not at the scale of a national call center. Rockpoint Pharmacy
